For Women Who Are Done Guessing

Your skin isn't the problem.

It's the signal.

Decode what your body is trying to tell you.

You've changed the products.  Cleaned up your diet.  Tried the supplements and followed the routines. Yet your skin is still breaking out, flaring, itching, flushing, drying out, or suddenly reacting in ways it never did before.

Sometimes the answer isn't another product.  Your skin may be giving us clues about what is happening deeper in the body.

This Is For You If...

You've been doing everything, and your skin still doesn't know it.

You're health-conscious.  You take care of yourself.  You've adjusted what you eat, and tried to do all the "right" things.  But your skin doesn't seem to cooperate and what used to work doesn't seem to work anymore.  That's not failure.  That's a signal that the surface approach was never going to be enough.

  • Your skin suddenly breaks out, flushes, itches, dries out, or becomes more reactive that it used to be.

  • You've tried new products and routines, but the improvement is temporary or nothing seems to make a meaningful difference.

  • You're noticing other changes at the same time; your digestion feels different, your energy isn't what it used to be, your sleep has changed, or your weight feels harder to manage.

  • You've been told everything looks "normal," but you're still wondering why your skin and your body feels different. It's not just age!

  • You're starting to suspect that what you're seeing on your skin may be part of a bigger picture.

You don't need another thing to try.  You need a better way to understand what you're seeing.

"I help midlife women understand what their skin is telling them about their health, so they can have healthier, clearer skin and feel like themselves again."

The Approach

Start With The Skin.

Look at the

Whole picture.

Your skin doesn't exist in isolation.  What shows up on the surface can be influenced by what's happening in the skin itself, and by factors throughout the body and your everyday environment.

That's why we start with what you can see, then widen the lens.

I

Start with the Skin

Your skin is our starting point.

We begin with what you have been noticing and consider it in the content of what else may be happening in your life and your body.

Then we follow the clues to understand what may be worth exploring further.

II

Look Beyond the Surface

We will then explore the clues further, using testing when helpful, to understand which factors may be relevant for you, including digestion, nutrition, metabolic health, hormonal transitions, stress, sleep, lifestyle, and environment.

Then we create personalized next steps based on what matters most to you and your wellness goals.

III

Support the Terrain

We guide you to strengthen the foundations that need the most attention and build realistic, sustainable daily habits that support healthier, more resilient skin and overall wellness.

So you can spend less time worrying about your skin and more time showing up for the life you want to live.

Ways To Work Together...

Your skin is the staring point.  Find the support that fits.

Whether you're ready to strengthen the foundations, explore specific skin-body connections, or take a deeper look at your individual patterns, there's a place to begin.

About Sururat...

I started with skin. I just learned not to stop there.

My relationship with skin began long before it became my work.

As a teenager, I dealt with eczema that kept me awake at night, affected my confidence, and made me painfully aware of my skin. I know what it’s like to try another moisturizer, avoid the camera, or wait for your skin to calm down so you can feel like yourself again.

Years later, I went on to spend much of my clinical career working in dermatology. I loved skin and I still do.

But the longer I worked with it, the more questions I started asking.

Why does someone’s skin suddenly change after years of being relatively stable? Why do some women keep struggling despite doing everything they’re told? And what else might be happening when changes in the skin show up alongside changes in digestion, energy, sleep, weight, stress, or hormones?

Those questions changed the way I looked at skin.

Today, through Build Resilient Terrain™, I help midlife women look beyond what’s happening on the surface and explore the bigger picture without losing sight of the skin that brought them here in the first place.

Because I still start with skin. I simply know not to stop there.

When We Look Beyond The Skin, The Story Can Change.

Skin may be what brings a woman through the door.  But when we look at her as a whole person, the changes she notices may extend beyond what she sees in the mirror.
